We take pride in offering the highest quality chairs for the best price that you will find anywhere Below you will find some general information about our policies. Please do not hesitate to email us with any other questions that you may have. Shipping Times Due to the wide array of products we offer, many items ship at different times. If delivery time is a concern please contact us. If for any reason you wish to return your chair, simply call us at 1-510-781-4900 for a return authorization number (RA). Ship the chair back to us and as long as the chair is received in the condition in which it was sent, a full credit will be issued (minus the original shipping cost). All returns will be subject to a twenty-five percent restocking fee. Damaged items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

In stock items are shipped within 2 weeks of your order. Shipping and Handling Charges are for continental U.S.A. only. Order Total Shipping and handling Charges 15%-20% of total order amount. we will email you the shipping charge for confirmation before we  processing your order. 

How to return an item: 
Contact customer service department by phone or e-mail to obtain a return authorization number. Mark the box clearly with return authorization number. Ship the item back via UPS or USPS to the address given to you by our representative. Factory Direct Wholesale is not responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse after inspection. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items, unless the error is ours. Shipping and handling charges either way are non-refundable. 
Most counter stools are no returnable (except for damage) since they are custom cut. Closeout items are no returnable. Items returned more than 30 days after receiving it will not be refunded.
